Cleaning brush is the most commonly used industrial roller brush, generally used for deep processing of agricultural and sideline products, fruit and vegetable cleaning and industrial cleaning and dust and scale, the requirements of the brush wire to wear resistance performance, high elasticity and corrosion resistance and aging, long time operation is not easy to deformation, if the brush wire performance is not good, when a long time the object in a certain position will cause the brush roller groove, destroy the use of roller brush function, serious can even cause the whole brush roll to be scrapped;

Abrasive brushes are used less, general industrial grinding will be directly with grinding wheels and other abrasives to complete, these are not within the scope of industrial brushes, but for the textile industry grinding hair processing, we must use silicon carbide containing abrasive wire brush roll, abrasive wire containing silicon carbide mesh (density) with the strength of the fabric to be ground and the need to grind out the effect to properly adjust.

Nylon 610 brush wire wear resistance is better, with high temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, but 610 is not very good elasticity, long time work is easy to deformation difficult to recover, so 610 is suitable for industrial dust removal and cleaning for the rougher parts, such as mining dock dust, sanitation car sweeping brush and so on;

PBT has better elasticity than 610, but less wear resistance than 610. PBT has softer properties and is most suitable for cleaning and decontaminating fine parts, such as car surface cleaning, air conditioning duct cleaning, etc;

1010 has the best elasticity and the highest cost, but the abrasion resistance is not as good as 610, the appearance has a more excellent performance, impact resistance, anti-ageing and other properties are also very good, most suitable for industrial equipment and doors and windows and other dust-proof parts.
